1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" refers to the lion4d website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at https://lion4d.cam and related subdomains.
• "Operator", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the entity operating the lion4d platform under an international gaming license.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the lion4d Platform, accessing the website, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting customer support.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the lion4d Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing Wagers on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present in Indonesia at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of lion4d or any of its affiliated gaming operators.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by lion4d for breach of these Terms.

Online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online betting platforms. lion4d operates under an international license and is hosted outside Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To create an Account on lion4d, you must:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
2. Create a unique username and strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Verify your email address and phone number as instructed.
4. Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting valid identification documents as requested.

4.1 Account Restrictions

• Each User is permitted one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your Account with any third party.

4.2 KYC Verification

lion4d is legally required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be asked to provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or passport, showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours. You may be able to deposit funds before verification is complete, but withdrawals are not permitted until your Account is fully verified.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

lion4d supports deposits via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000.
• The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and Account verification level. Verified Accounts have higher deposit limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• lion4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified Account.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus play. See Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

6.2 Processing Times

• Verified Accounts: Most withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Larger withdrawal amounts (above Rp 50.000.000) may require additional security checks and take up to 2 hours.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals to a new bank account may take up to 24 hours for verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

lion4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may deduct fees from the transferred amount.

6.4 Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy

To comply with international AML regulations, lion4d reserves the right to:

• Request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Delay or refuse a withdrawal if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

lion4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough requirement"). You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 10× to 30× the deposit plus bonus) before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. For example, slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games may contribute 10–20%.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time (typically 30 days from the date of credit). Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire after this period.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or using automated betting systems, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

7.2 Welcome Bonus Example

As of the date of this document, lion4d offers a 100% First Deposit Bonus up to Rp 20.000.000 with the following terms:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 50.000
• Wagering requirement: 10× (deposit + bonus)
• Eligible games: Sports betting, slots, live casino
• Validity: 30 days from bonus credit date
• One bonus per household, IP address, and payment method

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

When placing Wagers on the lion4d Platform, you agree to the following rules:

8.1 General Betting Rules

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a Wager after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the Platform (e.g., Cash Out feature on live bets).
• The maximum payout per single Wager is Rp 500.000.000. Winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. Specific sport rules apply — consult the sportsbook rules for details.
• lion4d reserves the right to void any Wager if we detect: (a) obvious pricing errors, (b) technical malfunctions, (c) insider information abuse, or (d) collusion between Users.

8.2 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical malfunction is proven.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Irregular play patterns, including but not limited to: placing minimum bets to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting software, or exploiting game bugs, may result in winnings being voided and Account suspension.

8.3 Responsible Gaming

lion4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent Account closure)

9. Account Suspension and Termination

lion4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You create multiple Accounts or engage in bonus abuse.
• We detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other Users.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

9.1 Consequences of Termination

If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms:

• All pending Wagers may be voided.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
• Your remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to lion4d or disputed charges, subject to verification.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lion4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your Account.
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues beyond our control.
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that losses are possible.

You agree to indemnify and hold lion4d harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any applicable law, or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team. lion4d is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all disputes.

In the event that a dispute remains unresolved, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing this agreement (see Section 12).

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lion4d's gaming license is issued. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Users in Indonesia acknowledge that they are accessing an internationally licensed platform and that Indonesian domestic law may not apply to all aspects of this agreement.

13. Changes to Terms

lion4d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-app notification upon login
• Update notice on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
